Israel's War on Iran

The Muslim’s Stance Between the Crimes of Iran and Those of Israel
In these troubled times, where lines are blurred and alliances shift, it is becoming increasingly difficult for the Muslim to remain firm without being unjust, and clear without falling into caricature. Between the declared enemy that is the Zionist regime occupying the land of Palestine, and the ideological and sectarian enemy that is the Iranian Rāfiḍī regime, many find themselves wavering, unable to take a balanced view rooted in the justice of Allāh and the ethics of the Prophet ﷺ.
Some, blinded by their doctrinal attachment, go so far as to deny or downplay any action that could weaken the Zionist enemy, simply because it comes from a deviant group. Others, swayed by emotion and the enthusiasm of seeing Zionist arrogance struck down, naively fall into the arms of an Iran they portray as the sole defender of the Palestinian cause. Between these two pitfalls, Islam calls us to balance, discernment, and clarity.
In light of this, it is imperative for the Muslim to understand that just because Iran has its hands stained with the blood of our brothers in Syria, Iraq, and Yemen, it does not mean we should rejoice when Israel inflicts losses upon them. For Israel is an open enemy of Allāh, of tawḥīd, of the Ummah, of the mosques, and of the children. It is never right to prefer such a regime, even out of anger over the crimes of another.
Likewise, when an Iranian missile or an affiliated militia strikes an Israeli base or dents the arrogance of the IDF, the sincere believer may feel legitimate joy, he does not support the doctrine of the one who struck, but rejoices at the fall of the one who slaughters his brothers in Gaza and Jenīn.
This position is delicate. It demands both ʿaqīdah and ethics, discernment and patience. It rejects both the naivety of being pro-Iran and the cowardice of being pro-Zionist. It does not align with either, but observes, judges, and chooses to support only the truth, standing against all forms of enmity, wherever it may come from.
This was the path of the salaf : not falling into political traps, not compromising, yet not being unjust due to emotion. May Allāh grant us al-basīrah, and make us people of tawḥīd, fairness, and steadfastness.
